Data Engine
The Data Engine of the Yggdrasil Protocol works as a modular cross-chain data oracle that fetches real-time data from various data providers. These providers offer a plethora of data that is derived from and is not limited to RWAs (Stocks, MFs, Equities, Commodities, Securities, Real Estate, Index Funds, Forex etc.), DePINs (IoT, Cellular, Edge, Satellite etc.), and Crypto. The engine aggregates the data across all of these sources and orchestrates and relays the data through a network of inter chain intents that relays to DB storage, web-socket and blockchains. The blockchain orchestrator is responsible for relaying data to the on-chain oracle contracts which further expands it to the dApp contracts whereas, the DB stores the data for historical purposes and the web-sockets spread the data to various off-chain clients.
